Shanghai Institute of Photocatalysis Industrial Technology(IPIT) is an international research and development institution and industrialization promotion institution focusing on photocatalysis technology.
IPIT is led by the father of photocatalysis - Japanese academician Fujishima Akira, aiming at the 3 major fields of clean water, clean air and clean energy, carrying out basic scientific research on photochemistry and photomaterials, photocatalysis application technology and product development, and photocatalysis industrial standard construction.
The Institute hopes to reach a global leading level in photocatalytic science and technology innovation and industrial development.
