The construction of the first phase of the research base of the Institute is now complete.
The office area on the 2nd floor of the Institute can provide research office space for 7 professors, administrative staff and more than 20 post-doctoral/graduate students.
The photocatalytic air purification research laboratory is equipped with the experimental devices required for the photocatalytic treatment of atmospheric nitrogen oxides and CO2 adsorption and reduction research, as well as other equipment required for the research (fume hood, water purifier, etc.), and several large instruments have been installed and are in good working order.
The laboratory for functional testing of photocatalytic materials is equipped with the necessary equipment for functional testing and improvement of materials, including two acrylic dynamic air treatment units, one each of zero-gas generator and photoacoustic spectrometer, and a variety of other small-scale materials testing equipment, with a reasonable arrangement of experimental equipment and sufficient space.
The atomic layer deposition system in the atomic layer deposition laboratory has been fully installed and put into use.
